Because each piece is printed for you, returns work a little differently.
Made-to-order items
Personalized and printed-to-order products can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on them.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the shipping label. We will arrange a reprint or a refund.
Check your artwork
Review the pattern, selected size and product preview carefully before you pay. Screens and printed materials can reproduce colors differently.
